I'm Lucy, founder of Untold Creative and the person you'll be working with.
Before I set up my business, I spent years in TV and radio production working with the likes of Global Radio, Somethin' Else and True North Productions.
That background taught me a lot about storytelling, about what makes people stop and listen, and about the difference between content that fills space and content that actually means something.
I set up Untold Creative in 2020 to do that work differently. No lift and shift strategies, no one-size-fits-all playbooks, just honest, thoughtful communications that sound like you and reach the people who need to hear it.
These days I work with charities, independent founders and purpose-led organisations across social media, copywriting, campaign strategy and communications consultancy. I'm also training as a counsellor, which has only deepened my belief that how we communicate, and I mean really communicate, matters more than most people give it credit for.
Every project starts with me. When the work calls for it, I bring in people I trust. Including Caitlin, who keeps things running with a level of organisation I can only aspire to.
A bit about Caitlin
Caitlin has worked with me since 2022 and brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love of getting things in order.
When she's not keeping Untold Creative on track, she's getting crafty, trying new vegan recipes, and buying aesthetically pleasing stationery.
