I’m Lucy, the founder of Untold Creative.

I started this business because I believe in the power of stories. Not the polished, corporate kind, but the real, human ones that change how people see the world.

Before starting Untold in 2020, I worked in storytelling across radio, TV and events. Now, I use that experience to help purpose-led businesses and creative organisations communicate what they do with honesty, confidence and care.

Meet the Team

    Caitlin has been been self-employed for almost an entire year now, and loves working for herself.

    Caitlin spent years working in administrative jobs, and she is a real nerd for organising!

    When she’s not working, Caitlin loves getting crafty, trying new vegan recipes, and buying aesthetically pleasing stationery.

    Jack is an occasional member of our podcast editing team (and as Lucy’s husband he is also chief tea maker).

    Jack is an experienced broadcaster, writer and audio editor. As well as having edited podcasts for organisations such as UEFA, The All England Club and William Hill, Jack also presents, edits and publishes a weekly podcast called Foxpunter: Football Manager Profiling.

    Elliott is an audio engineer trained at the British Institute of Modern Music. His services include recording and editing audio for podcasts.

    Elliott has worked with brands such as Disney, IHeart Radio, Abbey Road Studios, BBC Radio and more.
