Since 2022 I've worked with organisations including the Maternal Mental Health Alliance and Make Birth Better on their communications, social media, and email marketing.
Over four years I've built a close understanding of this landscape, how it's evolving, what these organisations need, and the responsibility that comes with telling these stories publicly.
My route into this work wasn't straightforward.
A career change from TV and radio production, lived experience of a difficult pregnancy and perinatal trauma, and a long personal journey of self-discovery have all shaped how I approach this space, and why psychological safety sits at the heart of everything I do.
